King’s Oak Academy Acorn’s Reception and Year One pupils took in the eggs and watched seven chicks grow.
Class teacher Rachel Waldron said: "Having Living Eggs visit our school has had a massive impact on all our pupils. It has given them a hands-on, real-life experience - in the midst of a year where 'normal' experiences such as going to the farm have been few."
